Replacing a gross Toilet

Toilets are gross. I don’t know anyone who enjoys the chore of cleaning toilets. What I have discoverered though is that there are some toilets that are easier to clean than others.

You know what I’m talking about… the dust, hair, and the I-don’t-want-to-know-what that sticks around the base of the average home toilet.

Gross zone!

When it was time to replace my toilets at home, I was excited to discover there were reasonably priced models with clean, sleek, vertical sides so that they are much simpler to clean!

Behold!

I don’t know why this was such a find, but it felt like a significant adulting moment when I discovered this a few years ago while replacing the first of my two toilets at home. Shown above is a Kohler 2-piece elongated toilet from The Home Depot.
